This policy applies to payments made directly for AnkiGenix subscriptions or one-time digital purchases.

2. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • After cancellation, your paid benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • We generally do not provide partial refunds for unused time in an active billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. We may issue a refund at our discretion in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Clear billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent core paid features from working and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We normally do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after successful purchase
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before renewal when the service remained available

5. How to Request a Refund

  • A short description of the issue

6. Review and Processing Time

  • We typically review requests within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank, usually 5-10 business days.

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend related account features while the case is under review.
