Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AnkiGenix service (the "Service") operated by AnkiGenix ("we", "us", or "our").

4. User Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant AnkiGenix a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating flashcards and exports.

4.2 AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated flashcards and summaries may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them. Do not use the Service for decisions that could cause harm without independent verification.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription or credits.

  • Subscriptions, if offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Credits are non-transferable and may expire as described in the Service.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, AI providers, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnkiGenix is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
